Activate Tidemark Pro

1. 01Find the email from Dodo Payments with your license key.
2. 02In Tidemark, open Settings › Tidemark Pro (on a Mac, Settings › License).
3. 03Paste the key into “Have a license key?” and choose Activate. It needs an internet connection once.

noteIf activation fails, check the key has no extra spaces and that the device is online. A key can be active on up to 3 devices at a time, Windows or Mac.

Move Pro to another device

1. 01On the old device, deactivate it: on Windows, open Settings › Tidemark Pro and choose Deactivate; on a Mac, Settings › License › Deactivate this Mac.
2. 02On the new device, Windows or Mac, paste the same key and choose Activate.

noteLost access to the old device? Email us your key or order number and we’ll free the activation.

Lost your key

1. 01Search your email for “Dodo Payments” or “Tidemark Pro”.
2. 02Still missing? Email us from the address you bought with, or include the order number from your receipt, and we’ll resend it.

Report a problem

1. 01Tell us what you did, what you expected and what happened.
2. 02Attach the log file: %LOCALAPPDATA%\in.thryveapps.tidemark\tidemark.log. It holds no file contents, but it may contain folder paths, so look it over first.
3. 03Include your Tidemark version from Settings › About.
