If Tidemark Pro isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. No questions asked.
2. How to ask
Email support@thryveapps.in from the address you bought with, or include your order number from the Dodo Payments receipt. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
3. After a refund
The license key is disabled, and Tidemark returns to the free features on the devices where it was activated, Windows or Mac. Nothing on your devices is deleted.
4. After 14 days
We’ll still look at refund requests where Tidemark Pro didn’t work as described and we couldn’t fix it.
5. Your rights
This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
