The service

Thryve OS provides browser-based utilities that run on your device. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the tools in line with your plan.

Billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Dodo calculates, collects and remits applicable GST/VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-time unlocks are charged once. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal.

Refunds & cancellations

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and revokes access at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility follows the policy published at checkout and Dodo’s Merchant-of-Record terms.

Assistive tools, not guarantees

Tools such as Thryve Redact help detect and remove personal information, but no automated system is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. The tools are provided “as is” without warranty of fitness for a particular compliance obligation.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the tools to break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Don’t attempt to extract server-side keys or abuse metered APIs.
• Don’t resell access without a written agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thryve OS’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
