Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Thryve web apps and your Thryve account on thryveapps.in. By using them, you agree to these terms. PANAM, Declutter!, Desi Blocks, SleepCard, Habit Cricket, Tidemark and Dockie have their own terms, linked from their pages.

The service

Thryve provides web apps (Thryve PDF, Photo, Media and Invoice) that run in your browser, on your device. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service in line with your plan and these terms.

Billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, acting as Merchant of Record. Dodo calculates, collects, and remits applicable GST/VAT. Thryve Pro is a one-time purchase: it is charged once and does not renew. It unlocks only the features described at checkout and on the pricing page.

Refunds

Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at checkout and Dodo's Merchant-of-Record terms. For help with a charge or a refund request, contact support@thryveapps.in with the purchase details. An approved refund revokes the relevant paid entitlement.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You retain your rights in content you process locally.

Assistive tools, not guarantees

The redaction tools in Thryve PDF and Thryve Photo help detect and remove personal information. No automated system is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sharing it. The tools are provided as is without a warranty of fitness for a particular compliance, legal, or professional obligation.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to extract server-side keys, bypass entitlement checks, or abuse the service's APIs.
  • Do not resell access without a written agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Thryve's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, abuse of the service, or legal or security reasons. We will update these terms when they change.
